the location offered easy access to restaurants. staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and spacious. i appreciated the central location and proximity to many attractions. the staff was readily available to assist with requests. i slept soundly and started each day with energy.
the room became quite hot. a fan did little to help. i encountered ants in the room. they were all over my bags after i returned from a walk.

Mixed Experience, Central Location with Notable Issues
dirty bedstained towels
The room had issues. The door did not close properly, (I could see light from the hallway). I also found the room wasn't very clean. There was dust on the floor and on the bed. they did not provide shampoo or shower gel. The provided towels were small and stained.

The staff changed my room to ensure I was comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a very nice terrace. The terrace is very attractive and I could see the sunset among the buildings from it. It is located near the main bus station and restaurants.

The staff is really nice and helpful and they were very attentive. I asked for a room change and they accommodated my request quickly. The staff assisted with ordering a taxi for my early morning departure and ensured it arrived on time.

The staff were really helpful I asked for an extra towel and received it quickly. The location is perfect for exploring many restaurants are very close. I liked the shared kitchen. It had all the utensils needed.
The walls were a little thin I could hear some noise from the hallway.
